ORDER CONFIRMATION AND SHIPPING TRACKING

Upon completing your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email. Our team will work diligently to ensure the prompt delivery of your order. If you do not receive your order within the specified time frame for your country, please contact us with your order number so we can resolve the issue quickly. You will also receive an email with tracking information to keep you updated on the status of your shipment.

OBLIVION BASIC S.L. is not responsible for delivery errors caused by incorrect information provided in the order form.

RETURNS

Items purchased from OBLIVION BASIC S.L. must be returned in perfect, unused condition, without damage, stains, or odors, within 14 days of receipt. They must include the original packaging with all tags and packaging items. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a maximum of 7 business days from the time we receive the item at our warehouse. We will not refund the original shipping cost unless the order was incorrect or defective on our part. For items purchased on sale, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund, which will vary depending on the geographical location.

Please note that we only accept returns of OBLIVION BASIC S.L. products purchased through www.oblivionbasic.com.

EXCHANGES

OBLIVION BASIC S.L. will handle exchanges within 20 days of purchase, subject to availability. Items must be returned in perfect, unused condition, with original packaging and all tags. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in Spain, where the first exchange within the Spanish Iberian Peninsula will be managed free of charge.
